The Mirabella Prose and Poetry Contest

will honor thirty student writers in a reading of their work. Please join us for a night of thoughtful, hopeful, and humorous writing at St. Anne’s Belfield.

Student readers are listed below. In addition, we are inviting all students who submitted their work to the Mirabella contest, to participate in an open mic at The Bridge, hosted by long time community member and supporter of the writing community, Patricia Asuncion, on Wednesday, April 28th, 7-9pm.

Copies of the Crossroads VI Teen Anthology will be available at the reading, and available for online purchase on Monday, March 26th.

Enormous thanks to St. Anne’s Belfield for underwriting our contest awards, and to The Albemarle High School Creative writing Pathways, and The coalition of local creative writing teachers for helping make this public event possible.
